ABOUT THE ARTIST
Julianne Strom Brill is an abstract artist and interior stylist located outside of Boston. She graduated from Skidmore College with a degree in Studio Art/Art History, and later earned her Masters in Art Education from Massachusetts College of Art and Design. She has worked in a variety of settings from antique furniture restoration to art education, all of which informed her point of view for Moss and Blue Co.
Julianne’s work is heavily influenced by the colors, textures, and rhythms of the natural world. Some of her most recent art collections have been inspired by her travels, unknown landscapes, and the journey into motherhood. She finds great joy in both creating new artwork and unearthing forgotten treasures at antique stores throughout the East Coast.
When she isn’t working, you can find Julianne updating her antique farmhouse, antiquing throughout New England, or chasing around her little boys, Caleb and Finn.
